| Estive no Hotel 3 noites e não havia serviço wi-fi como definido. Quando pedi alternativa disseram-me para ir a um shopping. Não considero razoável. Prejudicou-me bastante a falta de acesso à internet. |

| Lamentamos que no tuviera piscina y que la habitación fuera un poco justa. La atención era excelente, todo muy limpio, frente a un lindo mall con buenos restaurantes. La televisión sólo era en portugués. |

| Great Location and good service. Very poor quality of furniture. Small rooms with old rugs. Bathroom very small and outdated. Can do better in Sao Paulo for the same money. I would return because of the location and not the rooms. Positive note is that breakfast and internet were included in my rate. Also new shopping mall opened down the street. Good part of town. |

| The hotel is part of a convetion center, and there was a lot of traffic in the Lobby my entire stay.
Construction around the hotel combined with a high crime rate in the area that I was warned about by the staff precluded any sight-seeing. |

| The quality of the hotel room (lobby, restaurant are ok, but very impersonal) is not commensurate with rate. I think it is overpriced when compared with what you would get in the USA for the same price (even in a larger city). |
